About Tyler
I've been a tutor since I was 18 years old. I graduated from New York University with a bachelors degree in film and TV with a minor in Spanish. Since then, I've worked in analytics and strategy for major media outlets.
I tutored a roster of students online throughout the pandemic, helping them overcome challenges in a difficult academic year. My approach is getting to know students well in order to address their individual needs.

I believe in helping students build confidence in themselves. Most students know many of the answers, but just need the confidence to give their ideas a shot.
I have tutored math and Spanish for 5+ years for students ranging from elementary school to college. Typically my students come with questions on their homework and we work through them one by one. My goal is to make students believe that they are capable of achieving anything they set their mind to.
