I’m a bilingual paraeducator with hands-on classroom experience supporting students across different learning levels and needs. I understand that every student learns differently, and my approach is patient, structured, and encouraging. I focus on building confidence first—because when students feel safe asking questions, real learning happens. I take time to explain concepts clearly, break down assignments step-by-step, and adjust my teaching style to match how each student learns best.
