About Marc
I am a high voltage electrical apprentice who also tutors in his free time. It's fulfilling for me to contribute to the wellness of society, not just by powering people's homes with electricity, but mentoring students the way I would like to have been taught.
When I was in high school, I completed every technical class possible, including AP Calculus BC, AP Physics C, and AP Statistics. I scored a 3 on each of them and have since taken classes in college that required an even deeper understanding of statistics (like quantum mechanics) and calculus (quite literally every major course).
The way I solve problems and perceive the world is largely shaped by my education. I can help you see the logical facets of your everyday life as well, beyond just passing your exams.

I teach all levels of math and physics from grades 8-12. I try my best to cater my lesson to the needs of the particular student.
Every lesson will begin with a brief discussion that helps me understand what the student knows and what the student needs to learn. The lesson itself will contain examples that should help with their exams as well as real world situations. At the end of the lesson, I will give the student a chance to prove they understood the main points of the lesson.
I will always be patient and make the best of the little time I have to teach. I make sure my student walks away from every lesson with a new understanding of the subject, and perhaps a bit of curiosity that may inspire them to do some self-learning.
