My lessons are tailored to each student’s age, ability, and goals. I begin with a quick assessment, then focus on water confidence, breathing, floating, stroke technique, and endurance through practical exercises. My patient, encouraging approach helps children and adults progress at their own pace, from complete beginners to advanced swimmers, while building safety and confidence.
