About Sophie
Regarding my diplomas, I have been through 6 years of apprenticeship, the CAP Pâtissier, MC Dessert à l'assiette, CAP Chocolatier and the BTM Pâtissier. I therefore accumulated 10 years of experience in renowned boutiques, Michelin star restaurants and traditional restaurants, palace, all over France and abroad!

My method? Quite simply the one that's gonna suits you. There is not one way to do it, but thousands!
Why choose this course? Quite simply for fun. The pleasure of having a convivial, unpretentious, no-frills moment and tasting a good homemade pastry at the end.
Add a pinch of motivation, a hint of gluttony, a handful of good humor, all served with a lot of professionalism and advices and you will have the ingredients for a successful course. :)
We can do anything that makes you happy as long as it is possible and reasonable of course. Whether it's your favorite desserts, crazy good cakes, brioches, the famous chocolate decorations, original pies ... for small and big occasions! All done at home with your own equipment so you can easily do it on your own after that.
The prices are to be seen directly with me by messages because they will be decreasing according to the number of people, the time planned and the difficulty of the course. P
S: It also works if you are an apprentice and you need support for certain achievements, but also for your memoire, books etc ...

Decreasing price according to the number of people, the expected time and the difficulty. For example: For a "fraisier" crazy good, 6 people, it takes 3 hours. It will be 35 € / person, WITHOUT THE PRICE OF THE INGREDIENTS.
For advices, apprentice support or video request, the rates will be reduced.
