About Lane
My name is Lane Froese, I am 20 years old and live in Carol Stream, Illinois. I am currently enrolled in college courses online, where I am studying Intercultural Studies. I have been fishing for basically all of my life almost exclusively in the Chicago area and the surrounding midwestern states. I love to work with people of any age, relationships are the things that give me life. While I admittedly not a professional teacher, I have taught drum lessons in the past, as drums is another passion of mine. Any opportunity to teach people to fish would be a dream come true for me as fishing is truly my greatest passion.

I am a college student in my second year. I am currently enrolled in the Cook School of Intercultural Studies at Biola University. I have tutored students in percussion on and off throughout the past five years. I am someone who wants to make learning enjoyable and rewarding, especially when learning something as fun as fishing. I actually enjoy students who may not learn best from traditional tutoring styles. I like the challenge of finding new and creative ways that may be outside my comfort zone to teach people about the things I am passionate about. I am open to learning new teaching and life skills myself in order to become a better communicator of my passions, which can also benefit my personal growth as well the growth my the student.
