Hi, I'm Maryam, a University of Toronto Life Sciences student with a strong passion for biology and helping others succeed. I offer biology tutoring for elementary, middle school, and high school students. My teaching approach focuses on building understanding rather than memorization. I explain concepts in simple terms, use diagrams and practice questions, and adapt each lesson to the student's learning style and goals.
A typical lesson includes reviewing previous material, explaining new concepts step by step, working through examples together, and practicing with questions to reinforce understanding.
