About Ada
In general, I would describe myself as an easy going teacher. It's not necessarily focus on the deliverables of the lessons all the time, we can also be the friend and share more on personal development/ enrichment. Word hard, play hard. However, when it comes to homework/ serious stuff, I will be stern and particular to ensure the quality of work is consistent. Nevertheless, students' well-being will be my first priority.

Setting up the goals and expectations will be the first step of the lessons in order to know the students more in-depth and tailor the lesson plans accordingly.
It doesn't need to be a whole-year lessons, we can have a short term plans (minimum 3 lessons) if the learning expection outcomes achieved. Most importantly, it's flexible and customized!
