About Elaine
I'm a super passionate Career Coach, originally from London & now based in Hobart, Tasmania! I've worked with everyone - from young students to mature leaders - on anything and everything career related for over 8 years.
I love getting down to the details with the people I work with: What makes you excited about work? What do you absolutely hate about work? Who is a great leader you admire? How do handle conflict at work?
And that's just for starters! Building a successful career means really getting to know yourself, and using that knowledge to create a work life you can be proud of. I've got the tools and resources (and a book full of questions!) to help you do just that.

I've spent the last 3 years working predominantly with university students and graduates so I know tackling the topic of careers can be challenging. A huge amount of our personal identity is tied up with where we work and the job title we hold, and we often don't acknowledge this. My methodology includes:
- Getting to know you through open questions and curiosity
- Finding out where you're at and where you want to be
- Helping you uncover barriers or mental-blocks to building the successful career you want
- Creating a sustainable, actionable and accountable Career Plan to help you get there
This includes all the usual good stuff: resume review and editing, effective job searching techniques, interview development, cover letter writing, professional networking, building an online network for job success and more!
