About Katelyn
I am a PhD student working in Gender and Feminist studies, with a strong background in communications and writing. I have spent the last few years working in federal advocacy and research for gender-based violence and bring a strong practical background to my teaching - I am all about understanding how social theories play out in the real world!
I write for fun, and enjoy a good research topic. My teaching approach comes from my love and appreciation of learning, and I believe that there is always more to know.

I approach a subject with flexibility, and make sure that there is a mutual understanding between me and the student - my goals are your goals! I want to teach what people want to learn, and am very passionate and knowledgeable about the subjects I teach.
