About Brooklyn
Hey guys! I have over 15 years experience playing and composing music and am deeply passionate about the piano. There is absolutely nothing more rewarding than instilling that same spark of passion in my students -watching them take ownership of their learning, set goals, gain confidence and truly enjoy their progress.
My approach to teaching firm but fun. I aim to create an encouraging environment where students feel comfortable and free from pressure, while still being challenged to develop real skills.
I also strongly encourage regular practice during the week, as it is essential to getting the most out of each lesson!
I have experience working with all ages and abilities and adapt my teaching style to suit each individual, including both neurotypical AND neurodivergent students.
I believe that learning piano is invaluable not only for skill development, but for cognitive development and emotional well-being. It offers a healthy outlet for emotional release, while stimulating creativity, imagination and personal expression.
