About Ngawang
Other than teaching, I am passionate about leading, organizing, writing, travelling and music. Before being a student, or an academician I thrive to be a good human being with a "growth mindset" who is continuously working on self improvement.
I believe in the importance of diversity, acceptance and kindness and hope that I act upon my beliefs every single day. I believe that education is the central root of someone's character and it extends beyond just books and exams. I hope that this space allows me to share my love my learning, teaching and growing as a global community.

Being a student of from an international board curriculum, I like making classes interactive, safe and educational at the same time. I am extremely passionate about learning and understand that each student is different and have their own strengths and weaknesses.
I do not beleive in a culture where students are afraid or intimidated to question teachers and information they are fed, I believe that learning should be a 2 way process and that a safe environment where students can openly communicate with their teacher is the prime one.
I am detailed with teaching and will provide enough resources to facilitate and foster one's learning. Moreover, as someone with strong writing skills,
I understand that being able to write strong answers is an important feature for a student so I will focus on the following skills

-Writing Skills
-Understanding a question properly
