About Summer
Hi! I’m a passionate teacher, creative person, and lifelong learner who loves helping people discover that they’re capable of more than they think.
I have a degree in English education and several years of experience teaching students from different backgrounds and learning styles. Teaching comes naturally to me—I’m patient, encouraging, and genuinely enjoy finding different ways to explain something until it clicks.
Crochet has been one of my favorite creative outlets for years. I’m comfortable reading patterns, designing from photos and inspiration, and creating projects freehand. I also have experience with fashion and enjoy exploring how crochet can become something both beautiful and practical.
As a left-handed crocheter myself, I understand how confusing it can be when most tutorials are designed for right-handed people. I teach both left- and right-handed students and adapt my lessons to your individual needs.
My goal is simple: to help you feel confident, creative, and excited to keep learning!
