About Ivan
I have a deep passion for languages and love sharing this enthusiasm with others. I am trilingual in French, Russian, and English and currently learning Italian. Before studying at Imperial College London, I lived in America and was immersed in the French education system for many years. Despite coming from a Russian-speaking family, I successfully completed the French Baccalaureate with high grades. My love for languages extends beyond spoken words—I also study Computer Science to explore programming languages, as I find all forms of language, whether spoken, written, or coded, fascinating. I enjoy connecting with people, exchanging cultures, and helping others discover the joy of language learning in a fun and engaging way!

I offer one-hour lessons for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. With years of experience tutoring French to both kids and adults, I tailor my teaching to each student's needs. For beginners, I focus on basic vocabulary, correct pronunciation, and foundational speaking skills. For more advanced students, I emphasise conversational fluency, mastering different tenses, and refining communication skills. I also assist with school homework and assign fun, engaging activities to reinforce learning—both at home and during our lessons. My approach is interactive, dynamic, and designed to make learning French enjoyable and effective!
