Greetings, I'm Carrie! Originally hailing from China, I embarked on a new chapter in my life by relocating to Australia five years ago to pursue my university education. With a bachelor's degree in business and a master's degree in professional accounting, I've since joined a local company in Tasmania.

One of my greatest joys is connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, forging friendships, and engaging in meaningful conversations. Through these interactions, I've come to appreciate the power of practice in language acquisition. It's clear that using a language actively is key to improvement.

Typical Length of a Lesson:
My typical lessons are 60 minutes long, providing a comprehensive learning experience while maintaining focus and engagement.

Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor:
I hold an official secondary PSC certificate issued by the National Language Working Committee and National Education Commission, Ministry of Radio, Film and Television in Mandarin Chinese and have over 2 years of experience as a tutor. My expertise extends to various proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced learners. I have successfully helped students prepare for language proficiency exams such as the HSK, SAT Chinese, and IB Chinese.
