About Christina
I’m a passionate educator, private tutor, and creative teaching artist with experience supporting diverse learners in ELA, reading, phonics, literacy, and academic skill development. I believe learning should be engaging, inclusive, and connected to students’ interests. My teaching approach incorporates creativity and the arts to help students build confidence, express themselves, think critically, and develop a lasting love of learning. I’m also currently pursuing a TEFL/TESOL certification to expand my work in English language instruction.

My lessons are engaging, creative, and personalized to each student’s learning style, reading level, and individual needs. I incorporate ELA, phonics, reading comprehension, writing, literature, and arts integration through storytelling, visual arts, drama, and interactive activities. My goal is to make learning enjoyable while helping students build confidence, strengthen literacy skills, and become enthusiastic, independent learners.
