About Katie
I hold a PhD in English and alongside my work as an academic and writer, have a passion for teaching young people and adults of all levels. The only thing I love more than discussing books and the big ideas behind them is helping others discover their own unique perspectives and getting excited to explore texts. As well as personalising my classes to suit all learning styles, and encourage those who may otherwise struggle to find their voice, I seek to cultivate clarity and rigour in my students work, from close reading texts or constructing compelling written arguments.
