About Ezra

I am a dedicated guitar tutor with 12 years of teaching experience and a degree in Music Performance. My approach focuses on nurturing musical expression, critical listening, and individual creativity in every student. I believe that becoming a well-rounded musician requires more than just playing notes—it involves understanding chord theory, mastering technique, exploring improvisation, and developing ear training. Over the years, I have helped students at various stages—from Early Intermediate to Advanced Intermediate, and even Professional levels—grow their skills and confidence. Each lesson is tailored to meet your unique musical goals and learning style. I emphasize hands-on learning and encourage students to express themselves freely through their instrument. My teaching combines solid technical foundations with creative exploration to make learning both effective and enjoyable. I guide you to listen deeply and think critically about the music you play. Whether you want to perform on stage or create your own compositions, I’m here to support your journey. Join me, and let’s build your guitar skills with confidence and artistry. Your musical journey starts here.

About the lesson

My teaching approach to guitar is student-centered and flexible, designed to help you grow at your own pace. I focus on building strong foundations in both classical and jazz styles, helping you master techniques that bring out the true beauty of music. I believe music is more than notes—it’s a powerful way to relieve stress and express emotions. Together, we explore creative ways to connect with your instrument, turning practice into a joyful experience. I guide you in using guitar playing as a tool for building confidence and discovering your unique musical voice. Whether you want to perform or simply play for yourself, I support your goals fully. Lessons combine technical skills with emotional expression, encouraging you to feel the music deeply. I help you develop a clear understanding of rhythm, melody, and harmony to enrich your playing. Alongside classical precision and jazz improvisation, we explore other areas like songwriting and music theory. My method also includes breathing and relaxation techniques to enhance focus and reduce performance anxiety. You’ll learn how music can be a source of calm and personal growth. I’m here to make every step of your guitar journey inspiring and rewarding.
