About Brias

With over 10 years of experience teaching Guitar to college students, I have developed a teaching style that focuses on clarity, motivation, and hands-on learning. I believe that every student learns at their own pace, so I create lessons that match their goals, skill level, and musical interests. My aim is to make Guitar learning simple, enjoyable, and meaningful. I teach essential techniques such as strumming, picking, fingerstyle, chord transitions, rhythm patterns, and music theory. Instead of pushing students too quickly, I break down every concept into smaller steps so they can learn without stress. My classes include guided practice, interactive playing, and real-time corrections to help students grow steadily. One of the innovative methods I use is “learn through songs,” where students learn techniques by playing music they love. This method builds confidence and keeps learners engaged. I also use audio-playback loops, visual chord guides, and rhythm-count coaching, which help students understand timing and improve accuracy. My lessons include creative challenges like writing short melodies, experimenting with sounds, and exploring simple improvisation. These activities help students express themselves and gain a deeper understanding of music. I am friendly, patient, and supportive, and I always encourage students to ask questions and explore new ideas. My goal is not just to teach Guitar techniques but to help students develop musical independence. I want them to feel confident picking up the Guitar, practicing alone, and expressing their own style. Teaching Guitar is something I enjoy deeply, and I am committed to helping every learner discover the joy of playing. Whether a student is a beginner or someone who wants to sharpen their skills, I guide them with care, clear explanations, and creative learning tools.

My guitar teaching methodology is based on real-life learning, strong understanding, and clear communication. I believe students learn best when lessons connect to real music they hear and play every day. I use real-life examples like songs, chord progressions, and live playing situations to explain techniques and concepts.

I focus deeply on understanding rather than memorization. Students learn why a chord works, how rhythm is formed, and how techniques affect sound. This helps them play confidently and independently. Each lesson is planned according to the student’s level, goals, and pace.

Good communication is key in my classes. I create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I explain lessons in simple English and repeat important points until the student feels confident.

Integrity guides my teaching approach. I am honest about progress and never rush learning. I encourage regular practice, discipline, and respect for music. I motivate students while setting realistic goals.

In addition to Guitar, I also teach related subjects such as basic music theory, strumming patterns, rhythm exercises, and performance preparation. My aim is to help students grow as skilled, confident, and passionate musicians.
