About Ararat
My name is Ararat, and I’m a high school senior from Armenia who recently completed a year as an exchange student in the U.S. I’ve always been passionate about math, and I enjoy helping others understand it in a way that feels easy and less stressful. As someone who has experienced different teaching methods both in Armenia and abroad, I know how to adapt to different learning styles. Whether you're struggling with a topic or just want to improve your skills, I’ll do my best to explain things clearly, step by step. I’m responsible, patient, and take tutoring seriously. I prepare for every lesson, and I always make sure my students feel comfortable asking questions. You don’t have to be “good at math” to enjoy learning it, you just need someone who can explain it the right way. I’d be happy to be that person for you!

Hi! I’m Ararat, a high school senior from Armenia and a former exchange student. I’ve always loved math and enjoy helping others understand it in a simple, clear way. While studying abroad, I got to see different teaching methods, and I try to use the best of those when I tutor.
My lessons are very friendly and easy to follow. I explain step by step, use examples, and make sure you really get the idea before moving on. I don’t just give answers, I help you understand why something works, so you can feel more confident solving problems on your own.
I usually start by quickly going over what you already know, then we work on new topics together. I’ll help with practice problems, and you can ask as many questions as you want, no pressure at all.
I work with middle and high school students, and I can help with homework, exam prep, or just getting better at math in general. I can teach in English, Armenian, whatever’s more comfortable for you.
If you’re looking for someone close to your age who explains things clearly and makes learning math less stressful, I’d be happy to help!
