About Lara

I am an English teacher with a MA in English from Stellenbosch University. I also completed my CELTA in November of 2019, after which I served as a Co-Facilitator of the English Skills Programme at Nelson Mandela University and an English teacher at Oxford Learning Centre in Poland.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on inspiring enthusiasm in my students. I believe that students learn best when their minds are intrigued by the subject matter. In this light, I try to find common ground between myself, the student, and the subject matter.
