About Madhu
Hello! I'm the Head of Academics at NEXIS School of Business, where I lead curriculum design and oversee academic quality across programs. Alongside this role, I've spent the last 7+ years running my own coaching institute, teaching students both online and offline — so teaching isn't just my job, it's something I've built a career and a business around.
I started coaching because I saw too many bright students struggle not from lack of ability, but from teaching that didn't meet them where they were. Since then, I've worked with students across school, college, and professional levels, helping them build real understanding — not just memorize answers for an exam.

My Teaching Approach
a) Teaching techniques and methods
I believe in a concept-first, application-driven approach rather than rote learning. As Head of Academics at NEXIS School of Business, I've seen firsthand that students retain far more when theory is immediately connected to real-world case studies, examples, and practical problem-solving. My sessions typically combine:
- Clear conceptual explanations broken into simple, digestible steps
- Real-life examples and case studies to show how concepts apply outside the classroom
- Regular practice problems, quizzes, and assignments to reinforce learning
- One-on-one doubt-clearing so no student moves ahead with gaps in understanding
b) Structure of a typical class
Every class follows a consistent rhythm so students always know what to expect:
1. Quick recap of the previous session
2. Introduction of the day's topic with core concepts explained
3. Guided practice — working through problems or examples together
4. Independent practice or discussion, with me observing and correcting in real time
5. Summary, doubt-clearing, and preview of the next session (5–
