About Uzair
I have over 10 years of combined experience in both industry and academia, and I genuinely care about my students—not just as learners, but as individuals. Throughout my teaching journey, I’ve built strong bonds with students who have grown to appreciate and even love the art of programming. Currently, I’m pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at Birmingham City University. I bring not only technical expertise but also a deep passion for teaching, which I believe will be clear from our very first lesson together.

I have over 10 years of experience teaching students from school to college level. I specialise in making programming less intimidating and more enjoyable for learners. I understand the common fears students face when approaching coding, and I work to break those barriers. My teaching starts with assessing the student’s current level of understanding. I focus on motivation by showing the real-world importance and exciting possibilities of programming. Lessons are hands-on and interactive—more like playing a game than studying a subject. My goal is to turn coding into a fun and rewarding experience rather than a stressful one. I truly enjoy teaching, and my students have consistently found joy and confidence in learning with me.
