About Paula
I teach 2 years, but only for a few students, after all this is an activity complementary to my graduation as an architect. In my students, I always see a significant improvement in the way mathematics is reasoned, which, of course, results in higher grades.

Hi, my name is Paula, I'm 23 years old and I'm an architecture student. Daughter of a mathematics teacher, I have always been passionate about numbers. I like to teach for children because besides having fun with them in class, I like to create the first base that the child will have with mathematics, that will define the rest of their relationship with numbers. Having worked with children in social programs, I understand that the universe of the child is playful and I try to bring this to the lessons, with figures and examples from everyday life. For older students, I give summaries in class, they can use them in school and for homework, helping to settle the content. In these ways, I believe that learning becomes more visual and, thus, easier. I expect the child to have the least amount of dedication, and for that, it is important that she acknowledge the importance of the lessons.
