Hello, my name is Chao Jung! I am a passionate illustration and manga tutor with over 14 years of teaching experience. I specialize in Asian-style manga and anime illustration, including character design, facial expressions, and storytelling through images. I believe every student has their own unique creativity. My goal is to help students build confidence in their drawing skills, no matter their starting level. I offer friendly, patient, and easy-to-understand lessons, designed to suit each student's needs and interests. About the lesson

My Teaching Approach:

As a tutor, I focus on creating a friendly, relaxed, and supportive atmosphere for my students. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable and confident. My teaching style is interactive, using clear examples, step-by-step explanations, and visual aids to help students understand.

Typical Lesson Plan in 1 hr:

Quick warm-up or review (10-15 mins)

Introduce new topic or technique with examples (10-15 mins)

Practice together with exercises (25-30 mins)

Q&A and feedback session (5 mins)

What Sets Me Apart:

I have experience as a manga illustration teacher and I use creative storytelling and visual thinking techniques in my lessons. I’m good at adjusting my teaching to suit each student’s level and learning style. I care about my students' personal progress and always encourage them.
