About Val
I am an enthusiastic, passionate, and adaptable tutor who enjoys having a fun learning environment. Aside from setting clear goals and lesson plans, making lessons comfortable and fun for the student is my top priority. Currently studying English for Adults, will help me bring a unique perspective to the overall learning experience for the students.
As a father to 2 kids, I find myself always looking for and learning new ways to make learning fun.
As a student myself, I enjoy travelling and learning. As well as putting myself in the shoes of students, I do lavish in the lifestyle of self-improvement.

When it comes to my teaching methodology, I adopt a JiTT [Just-in-Time Teaching] methodology most of the time. With that said, I am keen on using other methodologies if need be.
A typical length of a lesson is about 25-45min.
I have 5 years experience as a coach, teacher, tutor and trainer. 4 of those years I spent teaching English as a TEFL tutor and as a mentor to an autistic author.
My lessons are suitable for the ages 3-10, with the slight introduction to ages 10+.
