A huge part of being a successful clinician in psychology is that you can communicate what you know to your clients in ways that make sense to laypeople. My hope is that we deeply understand the topics you are learning about so that you go into exams with so much confidence that you can even have a conversation with the professor afterwards ;)

I provide useful studying skills for those learning introductory levels of psychology, as well as students pursuing advanced level classes of neuropsychology and cognitive neuroscience. My belief is that psychology is best learned when it is applied to daily life. In this way, I provide practical ways to understand abstract concepts that resonate with each student. I also love visual aids; they are an incredibly useful and interactive way to teach complex concepts. My goal is that my students end each lesson with a clear understanding of the topic and useful studying tools to utilize on their own.
