About Sonya
I am a passionate educator! I love passing on knowledge that helps others achieve their goals. My educational background is in teaching special needs students. I maximize behavioural science to determine best practices in each situation and each person I work with. I enjoy the flexibility of tailoring lessons that best resonate with my students individual motivators. I have experience in corporate training, working in a college preparing students for the workforce and mentoring many senior managers in effective employee relations.

Lessons I create are fun and geared to real life scenarios. Learning curriculums are creative and tailored to your individual needs. I use a lot of visual tools to show practical utilization of skills being taught. Lesson plans will be developed to focus on specific skills you want to acquire, how quickly you learn and keeping in mind timeframes you have set for yourself to achieve your objectives. Each session will include practice materials to reinforce lessons between classes.
