If you are interested in deeper connections, better communication, reframing narratives around s3x and intimacy, let me guide you in your s3xploration. We will practice together and I will help you ignite the Mind/Body/Soul pilot light. This is a clothes on practice, but a safe place to be in connection with another person that can attune to you and help you strengthen your connection with yourself...and then better connect to others. Practices may involve guided meditation and breathwork, exchanging erotic energy, practicing relationship repair skills, trigger mapping, offering boundaries and much more. I am a graduate of the Somatica Institute of SF. *In person options will have to be “public”. Inquire for more info.
