About Ashley

I am a dedicated, patient, and dependable tutor who partners with families to support each student’s unique learning journey. I create a nurturing and structured environment where students feel heard, confident, and encouraged to ask questions! With clear communication, consistency, and individualized support, I help build strong academic skills and lifelong confidence. I’m committed to your child’s progress and success every step of the way!

About the lesson

As a mother to three children with very different learning styles, I've come to appreciate alternative approaches (psst - that's an alliteration!) to teaching the concepts that were traditionally only taught one way. Our brains are one-of-a-kind so sometimes we need to look at things differently than the classmate in front of us in order to fully understand it. I believe in full circle learning, meaning I don't think memorizing the answer is truly learning it but rather WHY or HOW we arrive at the answer is when we have fully grasped a concept. I look forward to helping children achieve confidence in mastering the topics that were once a frustration. Remember anything is possible! If you can think it, you can do it!

My passion is helping kids learn by meeting them where they are currently and watching them reach their full potential!
