About Ashley
I am a Registered Nurse with 7 years of Emergency Room experience, where strong decision-making, prioritization, and attention to detail are essential every day. I specialize in helping nursing students and NCLEX candidates translate complex nursing concepts into clear, practical understanding they can confidently apply in exams and real clinical situations.
My tutoring approach is structured, direct, and results-focused. I work with students to strengthen critical thinking, master NCLEX-style questions, and build reliable test-taking strategies that improve accuracy under pressure. Rather than overwhelming students with information, I focus on teaching how to recognize patterns, eliminate incorrect answers efficiently, and apply core principles such as safety, prioritization, and clinical judgment.
I tailor each session to the individual student’s needs, whether they are struggling with content, test anxiety, or question strategy. My goal is to help students not only improve their scores, but also develop the confidence and reasoning skills required to succeed independently.

I focus heavily on test strategy, critical thinking shortcuts, and breaking anxiety cycles that cause students to overthink. As a Registered Nurse, I understand both the clinical side and what the NCLEX is really testing, which lets me bridge the gap between knowledge and exam performance.
