I am a BBA graduate. The studies which I completed did not give satisfaction because they are percentage and memorization, concept-oriented. The concepts which I learn practically will show more effectiveness in my interviews. Generally, skills and awareness are very important in the present scenario.

Practical oriented teaching will increase knowledge. By taking examples from organizations and linking them with teaching concepts, it will help for further career development. It creates interest. Reading books and writing exams can only give mark-oriented results; that memorization concept will not give confidence to sustain outside of the world of business. Many people with marks and percentage orientation will become employees, but practical orientation motivates inventing new things. It is the biggest step for achievement.
