I am the owner of this fitness studio. I am currently conducting trainings all over India & few other countries as well.
I have been into fitness for last 17 years. Fitness & personal training is my passion. Fitness training conducted are goal oriented & monitored closely to deliver agreed results.

We offer detailed personal training along with sharing of complete practical & theoretical knowledge. All our personal trainings are goal oriented & inclusive of diet counselling & follow up. We chalk out the workout program & diet plan considering the complete medical history of the client.
We also offer multiple type of general training package with basic guidance.
