About Alonso
I am an abstract painter with years of experience teaching drawing, painting, and other visual art techniques. My own work is built around unorthodox methods and unusual materials, but I believe the richest place to learn comes from mastering the essentials: learning to observe, and to bring that physical direct experience into the act of creating.

Learn how to use a variety of materials as well as fundamentals of observing form and color. Discover the basics for portraiture, landscape, anatomy, and perspective, as well as more complex concepts in abstract art-making.
