About Amelie
I'm a Psychology student at the University of Oxford, with a genuine passion for working with young people. Alongside tutoring, I teach English as a second language to children online. I'm working towards a career in clinical or educational psychology, so understanding how people learn and grow is something I care about deeply, not just professionally. I love helping students build confidence in Maths and Science, especially when a concept finally clicks after we've worked through it together, and I bring patience and encouragement to every lesson.

My lessons are patient, encouraging and tailored to how each student learns best, whether that means working through exam-style questions step by step or breaking down concepts with clear, simple explanations. I have experience tutoring both Maths and Science to KS3 and GCSE students.
I typically teach one hour sessions, but this can be adjusted around individual needs.
I achieved top grades in GCSE Maths and all three sciences, as well as in A-Level Maths and Biology, and I am currently studying at the University of Oxford
