About Rosa
I am an incoming 2nd-year PPE student at Oxford, having achieved 3 A*s at A-Level and nine grade 9s, one grade 8 at GCSE, at Tiffin Girls' School.
I have lots of experience in tutoring, as a tutor at Mathnasium UK and also as a freelance 1-on-1 tutor, producing clear results in a short space of time.
As a student at Oxford, I understand the logic, maths, and comprehension behind each TSA question and am entirely confident in passing this knowledge on, as the skills required for TSA questions are definitely learnable, but not taught at school.
I am also a very enthusiastic, energetic individual with a vibrant extracurricular life: I am co-captain of my college rowing team and college netball team, I captained my school cricket 1st XI and am currently on the committee for the charity ExVac.

TSA scores are one of the highest-considered factors for acceptance into Oxford. Perfecting your approach is possible once you understand the core logic behind each question style, which I am able to explain simply and ensure consistent positive outcomes. I can tailor lessons to where students may struggle the most to build the required confidence.
Interview preparation is also key, and I can build up confidence by explaining what tutors look for in an interview, which I now have plenty of experience in as someone who has been through a year of tutorials across 8 papers. After a student understands what is required of an interview, I can move on to past questions and eventually mock interviews with feedback.
