About Alex
I am still a student and have been taught both very well and very badly over the years, so hopefully I have learnt a bit about what works best and can share this with you to figure out your preferred approach! I am super friendly and hate the idea that anyone would dread coming to a session, so very much want it to be a collaborative effort where you tell me what you need!

I aim to give 1 hour lessons online and can cater these to a range of different ages (primarily 13-18) depending on the subject required. I would also be happy to set some work for in between lessons if desired/appropriate! I think tutoring is most effective when it is largely informed by what the student wants to get out of the lessons: this could be a more general approach to go over material covered in class or to focus more narrowly on areas of particular difficulty.
