About Anthony
My passion for teaching stems from a belief that a well informed and intellectually robust population is the foundation of a healthy society. I also believe that a good education allows the individual to flourish. My approach is to teaching is intended to get the most out of my students by appealing to their natural enthusiasm for their subject. In my view, most people have some ability that is obscured by their own lack of confidence. My job is to unleash their potential.
During my lessons we will go over written work, revise content, prepare responses to exam paper questions and place things into their proper context. In literature classes we will revisit crucial passages of the text.
