About Tamzin
I want to teach English because I love the subject passionately, and the passion has taken me from Oxbridge to beyond. Outside of my love of literature, I am a founder of a tech platform (and was recognised by Forbes Under 30), but I want to teach English to inspire the next generation of students to enjoy literature and achieve academic success. I believe writing and literature helps develop fundamental life skills, critical thinking skills, and can take you to places you never dreamed that you'd go! I also think English intersects with Philosophy, History, Science and more - so whatever your passion is we can find a way to ensure you are continuously inspired while reading and working.

I believe in inspiring genuine delight in the subject, and have nurtured students to find their own interests - seeing success where one of my students was predicted initially a B but then received an A after working with them. Happy to work with students of all ages, including have assisted university students with their dissertations. Very flexible. Lessons usually 1h.
