- What kind of experience do you have?
I have taught English since 2004 in secondary schools in Brighton, Liverpool and London. I have tutored students at A level (both English Language and Literature), GCSE, KS3 and KS2. I also run poetry writing workshops for adults and children of all ages

I am a fun and engaging teacher, with a great subject knowledge. I am able to break down difficult concepts and stretch learners to conquer challenging topics. I am a published poet and author and have taught in a number of schools, from private schools to PRUs, and I am understanding of different backgrounds and different educational needs.

I am a fully qualified Secondary English teacher, completing a GTP qualification in 2008 and a NQT year in 2009. I have a B.A. in English Language and Literature from St. Catherine's College, Oxford University. I have As in A Level Maths and History.

I am based in Seven Sisters and can teach anywhere within 5miles radius. Can also offer online teaching via Zoom or other platforms.
