About Praveen

I'm a Personal Trainer and I want each and every person, who reaches out to me, to become fit and healthy. Sharing my fitness skills with others helps me to polish my fitness skills too as learning never stops. Join our fitness family!! Fee structure: • 500 INR per hour per head • Aerobics, Zumba, Floor workout- You can opt for any of these or we can exercise all three according to your fitness requirement.

About the lesson

I work a bit different as my fitness training style is my own. I start with the basic body postures. First,I let my student's mind and body be rightly fit into our training sessions. Later, we start working from how my student's working is responding.

Perfect! Even Though I have only been training with Praveen for a week, I really like his approach sofar. His method is bit different from what I have experienced with other coaches , as he emphasises more on floor training than equipment ones.
