About Lina
Do you find yourself hitting a wall when faced with complex chemical structures? As a 3rd year medical student at Columbia Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, I have navigated these exact academic hurdles myself. Having scored in the 99th percentile on the MCAT, I now dedicate my time to coaching post-bacc students through the complexities of organic chemistry.
My teaching covers everything from radical reactions and curved-arrow notation to intricate synthesis pathways and reaction mechanisms. We will also tackle aromatic chemistry, stereochemistry, SN1 and SN2 reactions, carboxylic acids, carbonyl chemistry, and IUPAC nomenclature.
