About Abdul Saboor
I really enjoy helping others and seeing the positive changes that I can contribute towards in them, hence why I chose optometry as a career as well as tutoring as a job. I'm an easy-going person, I like to build a good relationship with my students which is more friendly and relaxed, as in my experience this approach helps me get the best out of them rather than being strict! Outside of work I'm a very athletic and sporty person I enjoy football, padel and boxing to name a few. When I'm not out and about, I love a good movie or TV show, with thrillers being my favourite.

I like to approach my lessons with each student like a tailor-made suit. When we begin to work together, I like to ask as many questions as possible about my student's preferences when it comes to learning. This helps me curate the lesson to meet each student's individual needs, and ensures that we make good use of our time to effectively produce the results needed and achieve the goals we set out. I have the ability to teach all subjects across the board to any year group and for preparation for any exam board. My main focus is to help my students engage with lessons and find them fun in a friendly, relaxed and safe environment whilst also helping them work towards achieving their goals.
