About Rajshri
I strongly believe that personalized attention and interactive coaching generates greater curiosity in the students and present an open platform for them to ask questions. I pay close attention to the cognitive ability of each student and this approach has helped me produce great results from weaker students. I have taught over 400 students from 8th to 12th grade for CBSE, IGCSE, GCSE, ICSE, American Board. I have trained students with grades as low as 50% in Maths to achieve 85% in the subject. On an average my students’ grades improve by 30-35% in Maths and Science. This has been an outcome of my adaptive and dedicated teaching methods.

I believe in ‘teaching by learning’ method.
I keenly observe students’ ability to learn and adapt my teaching using relevant examples.
My classes are one-on-one with the student giving each one dedicated attention. In order to ensure the student is attentive, I make the sessions interactive by asking questions and solving examples with students during the session.
I am always open to taking any questions students have anytime during and/or after the session.
I also conduct doubt clearing sessions based on students’ needs.
