About David
I am currently a Personal Trainer at Holmes Place da Avenida which is closed due to the current situation. I have a degree in Sports Science from FMH I have a Postgraduate Degree in Exercise and Health (FMH) Training in exercise for pregnant women and postpartum. I am giving online training as long as the current situation does not allow for on-site training.
