About Manu
Hi :-) I am Manu and hopefully your future teacher :-) My goal is to spread the tools of Meditation and Breathwork to as many people as possible. I saw how much it improved my life and the lives of my students and I want to share this knowledge and skills to help people live a happier and more peaceful life. Life is not always easy, but I know that these skills will help you to get through difficult situations without losing your balance. -I am a Meditation and Mindfulness teacher, but also a 650 hours Yoga teacher. I studied Science (Biology) and Education for Biology and Arts. I learned Meditation, Mindfulness and Yoga mostly in India and Nepal and taught in the last 3 years all over the world like Mexico, Sri Lanka, Thailand, India, Austria, Greece,... I initially got in contact with Meditation while living and teaching in a Buddhist Monastery in Nepal and from there my love and passion for Meditation grew. I followed the path to learn multiple styles, attended different trainings, participated in Vipassana meditation and learned from different teachers. Sharing this knowledge to help people live a more balanced life is my great passion. I feel very lucky that I had the opportunity to learn all these skills which lead me to a happier and healthier lifestyle and I hope I can also share it with you. -My studies and certificates: Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Education, Meditation and Mindfulness training in Himalayan Yoga institute, 200 hours Yoga Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in Rüh Yoga in India, 300 hours Ashtanga Yoga teacher training in Om Yoga Shala in India, 50 hours Yin Yoga teacher training

I took yoga classes with Manu in Varkala, India earlier this year. Manu is an excellent teacher full of patience and integrity as well as being a very kind and professional person. I found her classes rejuvenating and relaxing with just the right amount of challenge for my level. I had little experience with yoga at the time but that wasn’t a problem as Manu was able to guide me through the asanas and pranayama exercises with very clear instructions and in a friendly manner. As a beginner I really appreciated Manu’s teaching style. I learned so much within a few classes with Manu. I would highly recommend her for both beginners and advanced students.
Manu is an incredible yoga teacher and an incredible human. Her power lies in her compassion and understanding. I feel so lucky to have been taught yoga by Manu and I thoroughly recommend attending her classes to learn more about yoga, meditation, and yourself.

Manu is a calming, confident, caring resonance that has truly changed the way I perceive meditation and yogic practice on a truly rudimentary level. Manu is a very good teacher and I can recommend her to everyone! I attended lots of lessons with Manu and I gained a lot for my wellbeing. I even had the chance to be participate in one of her retreats. She tought me different Breathwork and Meditation Techniques, which help me to calm down in stressful situations, in general it helped me to reduce stress and be more happy. Some techniques are also good for my lungs. She tought me a wide range of methods so that I could see which one fits best for me. I also really liked that i got some background knowledge about how it affects your body and mind in a positive way!

I joined her classes everyday. She is a very compassionate teacher and extremely student oriented. She was able to read our mood and energy level and plan/vary her lessons accordingly.
It was easy to follow her calm voice which guided us gently through different breathing techniques into deep states of meditation. She always gave explanations why each technique is important for our body and mind which I personally liked a lot.
