About アン

I am a student studying Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at senior secondary school in Hyderabad. I graduated from high school (class 10) with 97% as my overall grade.

I have experience in private tutoring and have taught students worldwide with English, Maths, and History as a volunteer.

I also helped students from different countries with homework and have an idea on the different maths curriculums followed in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia and countries which follow curriculums similar to these countries. Due to this reason, I'm aware of several types of questions which can help in adding value to the current curriculum a student is studying.

I took extra classes for IIT-JEE in class 10 and am continuing those classes, and I can teach courses related to IIT-JEE and NTSE for class 10 students.

About the lesson

Maths as a subject might turn out to be monotonous to many students due to the repetitive problems solved in classroom. This might be due to lack of creative methods used in ckassroom, insufficient efforts made to recognise the diversity and capability of each student to grasp mathematical facts or even for the fundamental reason of lack of time.

I have been experimenting my teaching methodology to make my teaching as interesting and unique as possible and not lag behind. I believe my attempts in this area makes me worthy of being a Mathematics teacher at SuperProf.

I study Mathematics as my core subject at the intermediate level, supplementing my school learning with and coaching classes aimed at scoring in IIT and other university entrance exams. Over the years I have been able to develop curiosity for the subject and have gone beyond my textbooks and course materials to research the whys and hows of mathematics. I believe in 'learning by doing' in Mathematics but I strongly believe that Maths isn't only about doing, it is more like an art requiring creativity while solving problems.

The task of a student of mathematics doesn't end there, the art of mathematics lies in the ability to discover surprisingly simple solutions as well as complicated solutions to the same problem. At first, I will be the one who shows a student the different ways to solve each problem by dissecting it part-by-part. Later, the students themselves will be capable enough to find alternative solutions themselves.

I strongly believe that I have the basic knowledge required to conduct my classes and will be able to suit to the needs of the diversity of my students. It is my responsibility to provide facts that are legitimate and relevant and guide my students in the right track.

I am creative while teaching and content development is a hobby of mine. Being a teacher of Mathematics at SuperProps is an honour of mine to gain your trust and a golden opportunity for me to hone enrich my skills further and gain more experience in teaching.
