About Charlotte
I am from South Africa and moved to the UK when I was 14. I took media studies for GCSE and A-level and I really enjoyed it. Currently I am studying filmmaking at Leeds Art with aspirations of becoming a director, cinematographer or media teacher. My favorite film is Star Wars Revenge of the Sith and my favorite camera angle is the Dutch angle.

I recently completed my A levels and I got and A* in Media Studies (Eduqas) and at GCSE I received a grade 9 for the subject. Because I completed the course recently I am very familiar with most of the current set texts and exam structures.
My lessons will be an hour long and are for both GCSE and A level media students, especially those who are talking the Eduqas media exams. In the beginning I will be helping students to be confident in the media studies frame work by focusing on media language, representation, industry and audience. I will also spend a lot of time going over the set texts, focusing on helping students memories important details. I will then be looking at exam technique and help students with structuring strong answers.
