About Vijesh
I am an award-winning educator and researcher with a PhD in engineering from one of the best universities in the world. I have received Medal for best academic performance in undergraduate (equivalent to Summa cum Laude) and Academic Excellence Award during my PhD. I am currently an educator in one of the best universities in the world (top 3 in the UK) and lead the instruction and delivery of Mathematics and Engineering modules at the undergraduate level.

My classes aim to bridge the conceptual understanding gaps and focus on applications. I focus on overall development of growth mindset and resilience which are key to professional development and success in life.
I assess student understanding in first meeting by employing a diagnostic test tailored to identify topics requiring attention. I offer guided and personalised support to students and provide access to a bank of relevant questions for practice as I believe practice is key to learning. I also provide feedback and use a targeted approach to enhance student learning all the while ensuring that students feel confident in their ability to learn new concepts.
I have experience of tutoring GCSE and A level for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I also have experience of tutoring neurodivergent students including autistic, dyslexic, and ADHD students.
