About Alethea

With over ten years of personal yoga practice behind me, I endeavoured to acquire my Yoga Teacher certification.
Certified in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with Ashtanga training.
I enjoy teaching all ages from children to seniors and work well with small to large groups.
